What you can adjust
Napkin format
Four common formats from 24 × 24 to 40 × 40 cm — or inner width and depth to the millimetre.
Weight
A wooden slider across the sides holds the napkins down. With a steel rod it is heavy enough for the terrace.
Logo
Engraved as a filled area or as a fine outline, on one or both sides — from SVG, PDF or an image.
Material
Poplar 4 or 5 mm, birch 3 mm, MDF 5 mm — raw and untreated.
Side height
From 60 to 120 mm — taller holds more napkins and more logo.
For your brand
Create a brand in your account — logo and material are then already set for every product, and you can find everything you ordered again.
Material & joints
Slotted together from poplar or birch plywood or MDF: the sides fit flush through the base with tenons, the weight runs over the sides in two slots. No glue, no screws.
The surface stays raw. The holder is meant for napkins, not for direct contact with food. Wipe dry or with a barely damp cloth, not dishwasher safe.
Frequently asked questions
Which format do I need?
For the standard restaurant napkin of 33 × 33 cm, folded in quarters, the compartment is 172 × 60 mm. Cocktail napkins of 24 × 24 cm need 128 mm, large ones of 40 × 40 cm need 208 mm. If yours are folded differently, enter the inner width and depth yourself.
What is the weight for?
It rests on the stack so nothing blows away outdoors and guests can pull out the top napkin singly. The wooden slider is enough indoors; with a steel rod it is heavy enough for the terrace.
How does my logo get onto the holder?
Upload it as SVG, PDF or an image — we convert images to vectors and engrave the logo onto the side, as a filled area or an outline. You confirm that you are entitled to use it.
Do I have to glue anything?
No. The sides are slotted into the base with tenons; the slider glides over the sides. Everything can be taken apart again for cleaning.
Is the wood food-safe?
The wood stays raw and untreated. The holder is made for napkins — it is not intended for direct contact with food.
Can I reorder?
Yes. Every order gets a configuration number; with it you reopen the same holder and order more — with a brand in your account you find everything under “My brands”.
Can I return it?
Every holder is made to your specifications — as a made-to-measure product it is excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
