Material & assembly
All parts are cut from 3 mm acrylic (the carrier band from flexible film) and delivered as a slot-together kit: eyelet, beams and text runs interlock with cross joints — no glue, no tools. The bent acrylic canopy is always included.
Scope of delivery & safety
Important: hook, lamp socket, bulb and cable are not included — the shade mounts onto your existing pendant light.
Use LED bulbs only (low heat). Acrylic must not be close to hot halogen or incandescent bulbs.
Frequently asked questions
What is included?
All acrylic parts of the shade (eyelet, beams, carrier band, text runs, motifs), the bent canopy and the fixing pin. Not included: hook, socket, bulb and cable.
Which bulbs can I use?
LED only. LEDs stay cool enough for acrylic — halogen and incandescent bulbs get too hot.
How big is the lamp?
The carrier band is configurable from 20 to 60 cm in diameter; the hanging height follows from the text runs and is shown live in the editor.
Can I choose my own texts and colours?
Yes — every run has its own text, font and colour from the acrylic range. Multi-colour lamps are produced as linked order items.
Can I return the lamp?
No — every lamp is made to measure from your input, so the right of withdrawal is excluded (custom-made goods). In return you see an exact 3D preview before ordering.
