How the modeller works
The online modeller lets you draw your design right in the browser — no graphics software needed. You see a live preview with a fixed price and order your design just like an uploaded file.
Tools
Everything important sits in the menu bar above the canvas.
- Select — Click shapes or drag a frame around them (Shift adds to the selection). Selected paths can be moved, scaled and deleted.
- Draw — Place free paths with the pen, point by point. The smoothing option turns polylines into soft curves.
- Shapes — Insert ready-made primitives such as rectangles or circles and adjust their size and position afterwards.
- Insert text — Text is converted to paths on insertion — so it is lasered exactly as you see it.
- View — Toggle the grid and pick its spacing, plus zoom controls. The mouse wheel zooms, the space bar pans the viewport.
- Undo/redo — Every step can be undone (⌘Z / Ctrl+Z) and redone (⇧⌘Z / Ctrl+Y).
Cut or engrave — per path
You set the laser operation for each path individually.
Select a path and choose in the side panel whether it is cut or engraved. Closed contours can be cut; lines and areas work well for engraving.
The preview always shows how your workpiece sits on the sheet — including the chosen operations.
Material and price
The price sits live next to your design — no veil.
Pick material, colour and thickness from the Formulor range. The price is made up of the material sheet and the laser time of your design, plus VAT.
Every change to the design or material updates the price instantly. What you see is the fixed price — nothing is added later.
Saving and ordering
Drafts are yours — drawn today, ordered later.
With a customer account you can save drafts and continue them later on any device. Without an account your draft stays in this browser.
To order, add the design to the cart — it goes through the same manual review as an uploaded file before the laser starts.
