Cut pieces without holes. The price depends on area, cutting length and material – the calculator above shows it for your size.
Rounded corners, holes as well
A corner radius takes the sharp point off the sheet – pleasant for protective screens, trays and anything you touch. The calculator rounds all four corners equally; in the configurator you round each corner individually. You place screw holes in the corners or at the top; the calculator checks the distance to the edge.

Go to the cut-to-size configuratorFrequently asked questions about acrylic cut to size
How large can the corner radius be?
Up to half the shorter side – then the narrow side becomes a semicircle. If the radius is too large, the calculator tells you.
How large can a cut piece be?
Up to 780 × 374 mm in one piece. If the material is in stock in the large workshop format, up to 890 × 440 mm is possible – the calculator tells you. At least 20 mm; you split larger areas into tiles in the Modeller.
Which thicknesses are available?
From 0.5 to 8 mm, depending on type and colour. The material picker in the calculator shows which thicknesses a colour comes in.
What does the cut edge look like?
Glossy and clear. The laser melts the edge smooth while cutting – no polishing needed.
How accurate is the cut?
The contour matches the dimensions you enter; we compensate for the laser's cutting width. The sheet thickness has the manufacturer's tolerance.
